Meet Mario.

Practical help, from Budd Lake.

My work at MagicAiFlow connects CRM, automation, websites, and AI workflows to the way a business actually operates. In these sessions, we’ll use that practical perspective to understand your work and decide what is useful for you.

You bring your questions and context. We’ll make the tools easier to understand and agree on a realistic next step.

Before we meet

Is my request a confirmed booking?

No. Sending the form is a request. Mario reviews every request and replies to confirm a date or suggest another. Nothing is booked until you receive that confirmation.

How far do you travel?

The free discovery meeting is available within about a 45-minute drive of Budd Lake, NJ. Paid sessions include travel up to 2.5 hours each way, and the drive happens outside session hours.

How many paid on-site sessions do you run per day?

One. Each paid day is reserved for a single organization.

What is your cancellation policy?

With at least 48 hours' notice you can choose a full refund or one free reschedule. Changes with less notice are reviewed individually.

Can schools and government teams pay by invoice?

Yes. Institutions can request a written quote and invoice with agreed terms. Choose that option on the request form.

Does the strategy day include building the automations?

No. The strategy day produces a plan. Any implementation — CRM, automation, website, or AI workflow work — is scoped and quoted separately.

What data do we use in training?

Only approved tools and sample or redacted data. Participants practice safe information handling instead of pasting real records.

Let’s find a time to meet.

Start with your goals and a preferred date. Mario will review the travel and availability before anything is booked. Please leave confidential details out of the form.

Dates and travel require approval. No payment is collected on this form.
