Practical business checks and free guides

Find the next step your follow-up or handoff is missing.

Start with a useful workflow. Then review what you know about ownership, next actions, and delivery readiness. No paid CRM account or customer-system connection is required.

Two focused checks

Follow-up Gap Check

Review responsible ownership, first-response targets, follow-up schedules, next actions, escalation, and outcomes. Confirmed gaps receive a priority; unknown answers remain unevaluated.

Job Handoff Check

Review the receiving owner, scope, delivery date, context, assets or access, and acceptance. Missing owner, scope, or acceptance blocks readiness. Evidence coverage stays separate from readiness.

Each result explains the supporting facts, unknown information, and three next actions. Check availability is shown after sign-in. The existing Handoff Failure Checklist remains a separate detailed assessment.

Five guides you can use today

Read every step without signing in. Each guide includes responsibilities, exceptions, example messages, and a measurement checklist.

Know what a result means

  • Rules evaluate your self-reported answers or supplied records. Neither is independently verified, and unknown information never becomes a confirmed gap or a passing fact.
  • Guided checks use Yes, No, or Unknown. Structured input supports up to 100 records with opaque references, strict fields, and dates with timezones. No names, email addresses, phone numbers, messages, or arbitrary URLs belong in check inputs.
  • Dashboard findings are private to their owner and expire 30 days after saving. Delete them from your history at any time. Failed saves are visibly marked as unsaved. Retained findings are not a backup of your business records.
  • Checks use deterministic rules, not an LLM. They do not estimate lost revenue, message customers, provision a CRM, or change customer records.

Use the guides with your AI

Public guide links work without a connection. For private checks, sign in and open Connect Your AI. That page shows whether customer access is available and supplies the connection details once enabled.

Open Connect Your AI

Connection permissions

When customer access is enabled, add the displayed endpoint to an AI client that supports MCP with OAuth, sign in to MagicAiFlow, and review the client-specific consent screen. The six tools below read guides, evaluate supplied facts, and read your unexpired findings. AI evaluations do not save findings. Decline consent to cancel; use Disconnect in your dashboard to revoke access.

search_workflows
Find guides in the five-guide public catalog.
get_workflow
Read a complete guide and its version.
evaluate_followup
Evaluate supplied follow-up facts without saving a run.
evaluate_handoff
Evaluate supplied handoff facts without saving a run.
list_my_diagnostics
List your unexpired saved findings.
get_my_diagnostic
Read one of your unexpired saved findings.

The connection cannot send messages, modify articles or business records, or save or delete checks. If consent is denied, access is unavailable, or a request fails, reconnect only through the dashboard's displayed instructions. A previous connection does not guarantee current access.

Try these prompts

Draft a follow-up process

Use the MagicAiFlow workflow guides at https://www.magicaiflow.com/resources/business-checks#workflows to draft a follow-up process for my business. Ask which channel, staffed hours, owner, and follow-up cadence apply. Keep unknowns explicit and draft messages for my review; do not send them.

After connecting: review saved checks

Review my unexpired saved MagicAiFlow checks through my authorized connection and identify the highest-priority confirmed gap. Cite the rule and evidence fields, distinguish unknown information, and suggest a related workflow. Do not change records or send messages.

Version 1 input contracts

The website, API, and AI connection use the same versioned contracts and deterministic rules. Guided mode requires all six defined answer keys, each set to yes, no, or unknown. Record mode uses true, false, or null for unknown facts, unique opaque references, and a nonempty batch of at most 100 records.

Dates must include a timezone offset and normalize to UTC. Activity cannot be later than the evaluation time. Due dates may be in the future; a deadline equal to the evaluation time is not overdue. Staleness needs an explicit positive threshold. The full HTTP request is limited to 65,536 UTF-8 bytes; unsupported fields and schema versions are rejected.

Read the generated JSON input and output schemas

Saving through the API requires a request ID and an explicit as_of timestamp captured before the first attempt. Retry with that same ID, timestamp, and input. The schema document also lists runtime validation constraints and the six tool contracts. Use generated schemas for exact field names; no free-text customer details belong in an evaluation.
